I am trying to do an overlay of two section views. I am trying to show a casting as phantom lines and the machined surface as solid lines, so when the casting vendor recieves the drawing they can see the casting surfaces as well as machined surfaces.

Whenever I align the view to a vertical it is contrained in the "y" direction, when I then try to align horizontal it breaks the previous alignment. I want to lock the two views so they are locked in both X & Y directions.
