My ToolBox wont show up in the Add In's. I know I have ToolBox I can see it in my programs and i can change settings and everything but it will not let me use it in SolidWorks.

I can change which Standards i can include and more. how to you run a repair install for the toolbox?
Just run the SolidWorks setup again and then choose Modify and select Toolbox.
BTW what is your SolidWorks version??

Do you have core SolidWorks or SolidWorks Pro/Premium?
Toolbox only comes with Pro and above.
The Toolbox database is also used for Hole Wizard. That is likely what you are seeing if you only have core SolidWorks.
