Profile that follows Slope

Hello Again All,

I have another question about weldments.  This question deals with a custom part.

What I am trying to do is create a weldment profile that can follow a slope plane.  My question is can it be done?  The attached image was made from sheetmetal that has two sketches that have different heights, for which I use the lofted bends at a specified length.  The flat pattern comes out funky, especially when I have to make a 45 degree cut in the finished part.  I was thinking of using the weldment feature to utilize the corner treatment.

I know this is out of the ordinary, but sense we are no longer providing the flat patterns, I have been tasked to find alternate design methods.  I did create one long lofted bent (20+feet long), then put in my weld gap cuts, which produced multi-bodies, but I was looking into doing this in weldment.

I apreciate all the assistance you all can provide.

Thanks,

Steve
