Feature Tree Display

Does anybody know of a macro that can easily control what is shown on the Feature Tree Display (RMB Top of feature tree>Tree Display)?  Ideally, I would like to have a macro that will set all of the available visibility options to my liking, on both the Feature Tree tab as well as the Configurations tab (they contain different options).  Plus, it would be great if it would do all 3 file types (each contain different options as well).

I am constantly working with very old files.  Whenever I have to "touch" one, I make it a habit of updating all document options to match the latest templates.  This includes Document Properties, Custom Properties, Sheet Formats (for dwgs), the visibility of items under the the View Menu, as well as the Tree Display options.  I have obtained macros for doing most of the stuff relatively quickly.  However currently, to set the Tree Display on most of our older documents, it requires 13 or more mouse clicks to set the Tree Display options.  When updating hundreds of files, that relates to thousands of extra clicks.  A macro here would be a huge time saver.  Unfortunately, I don't know how to write macros.

I found a macro that is on the right track of what I am after on Lorono's site, called "ComponentDescToggle"  However, it controls the display visibility of only one of the many options.  I tried to modify the macro to control all of the options with limited success.  I just don't know enough about macros editing to get it to work the way I need.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
