How to Simulate Fillet Welds on curved Parts

I am trying to do a static study of a tank head with a lift lug welded to it. The tank head is modeled as a quarter ellispe revolved around the central axis. See Picture.screenshot.jpg

I want to simulate a filler weld between the two "rectangular" pieces to the head, a fillet weld entirely around the two "rectangular" pieces, and a fillet weld between the two "rectangular" pieces and the lift lug. It was suggested to me that I draw parts the represent the welds. This would be quite a task due to the curvature of the parts. Is thee a way to define these welds within the study? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
