I have received some step files from a vendor that I can't open in SW.  When I try, I get message windows that say "Parsing File pass 1" then "Parsing File Pass 2" many times over and over.  Then I get a window that says "SolidWorks is unable to obtain required memory" then asks me to free some memory and retry.  In Task Manager I can see that SW has grabbed all my memory.  If I Cancel, SW crashes and closes.

These are not large files, one is as small as 8K.  I can open them in a step file viewer program.  I have other step files that open fine in SW.  Anyone have a clue?
