Has anyone out there used Oracle (used to be Cimmetry) AutoVue with EPDM?

We are trying to use AutoVue to provide a viewer for Mentor Graphics files in the vault.  We specifically want to be able to see those files in the EPDM Preview Pane.  Our local re-seller is looking into it, but is having difficulty getting AutoVue to work in their test system.

Any help is appreciated...
