Hi,

We just created a test vault, and all the permissions seem to be the same as the regular vault, except when I go into the test vault I can not access the pull down menus, such as actions, Modify, Display, or tools. 

Also I can not right click on white space to check in/ out, or create a new document from a template, like I do in the regular vault.

Anyone have an idea as to what is causing this?

I can go and add a document, by copy/paste or draggin into the vault.
