I am new to 3DVia Composer software so obviously I have lots of questions but here are a few
What is the difference between the player and composer?
Is it possible to open solidworks Assembly directly from the player or you have to use Composer?
What is the best way to get your files from SW to Composer to create the different views?

I'm using the "Getting Started" Tutorial to get accustom to the product.
This is mostly a software that allows you to create various views for presentation purposes correct? Just trying to figure out how/where we can use the software and what is its capabilities.
I've used the product and this is a really wonder tool which allows you to create documentation, technical illustrations, animations, and interactive 3D experiences.

Still working on the Getting Started lessons. Looks impressive so far. So the best way to use this software is to create your CAD Models, then import them into Composer, Save it as a .smg file and then do your thing?
