Hello,

I am attempting to create a stent design in a diamond pattern. Based on some of the suggestions I found on the forum, I use the linear pattern tool to create the stent design in a flat plane. Next I used the flex tool to bend the geometry 360 degrees. Each time I try to use the flex tool the program crashes no matter what bending angle I choose. Subsequently I tried to reduce the repeating pattern to one ring. When I use the flex tool to create the single ring, the resulting geometry is transparent. I'm not sure what is causing the program to crash and the transparent geometry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Solidworks 2010 x64 and included the part file I am using
