I am trying to get a ball bearing run along a part, like a cam.  The path I want to bearing to ride on has multple, tangent faces, so I cannot select all the faces and do a simple tangent mate (which I can do for each face individually).  I have tried a cam mate, but selecting the sphere face is invalid.

The ball is constrained to the hole (concentric mate), and I want the ball to follow the highlighted faces.  So, as the highlighted faces move (i.e. the part moves), the ball moves along and face, going in and out of the hole.

Is there a way to do this?
