So I'm making some inner corners that need to be mitered. The issue is not having them crash in the flat pattern. Seems like a bit of work to get them to work...
I had some luck getting auto -cuts with a .01 degree angle edge flange.
Couldn't get miter flanges to work, so I had to unfold, cut, and fold my flanges to get a reliable result.
Ideas?

you could offset the flanges from the corner and edit the profile while you are creating them to include a 45deg angle
Nice methods. I must admit, I can't remember the last time I used the "break corner" feature. I was looking for the "easy" solution, and it was there all along...

I usually edit flange sketches, but I like the ease of the break corner. It might be a pain if the flange lengths increased, whereas the sketch would always keep it trimmed to a 45.
