EPDM addin-download triggers Windows search to rebuild the index

does anyone have the same experience or does already have a solution for the following?

Every time after logging into EPDM and performing the first action (this triggers add-in download) The windows search index needs to be rebuilt.

If you have a look on the indexed location during the login to EPDM you can watch Outlook will be removed for the indexed locations.

The only way to prevent this is to remove all add-ins from the Vault, including Dispatch and Task Info, and that is not an option.

Would be really great if anyone could give me a hint how I could solve this.

Btw. We are using EPDM 2011SP2 and Office Professional Plus 2010

PS: In the Event viewer I can find the following entry:

Event ID:29 Source: Outlook

Description: c:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is being re-pushed to the indexer for the following reason:MAPI Start Page scope version changed.
