END MITER CORNER TREATMENT- 3 STRUCTURES

Can anyone over heer guide me out to achieve end treatment for miter Edge when 3 structure merge at a single point.

As shown in the image attached.

I have been trying a lot for this in SWX 2009.

 

Please help out.
