This is done using sheet metal feature? and is it in the tutorial?
Take a look in the Design Library > Parts > Sheet Metal > Lofted Bends
What ver of SW are you using? I am on 2011 sp4.

The neat thing about SW there are different ways of doing things, in addition to the lofted bends, I have also used the revolve feature. Draw the slope and revolve around a centerline 359 degrees or what ever works, then select an edge and add the sheet metal bends.
One may work better than the other if you need to make cut outs etc..

I am using SW 2012 and SW is not backwards compatible. I have created a picture for you showing the sketches and the Feature Tree. I hope you will be able to figure the process out from this screen shot.
