So I usually don't have issues with this, not sure what's going on this time. In sheet metal it's nice to design 1/4 of a symmetric part, and then mirror 1/4 into 1/2, then mirror the 1/2 into 1. Not sure why this isn't working this time around. Ideas?
Ok. So after getting nowhere for awhile, I figured out my error. There are 2 sheet metal bodies here. In "Mirror3" I mirrored the halves of BOTH sheetmetal bodies. One body unfolded fine, but the other didn't. My solution was to mirror each body individually.
Lesson learned: Mirror sheet metal bodies individually in a multi-body sheet metal part.
