I am in the process of getting ready to deploy SW2012 later this week and just have a couple of questions. We are a small office, only three users, so we don't use and Admin image, just do individual installs on each machine. It has been previous practice to do a straight upgrade from the previous version of SW to the new one. I have never been a big fan of 'upgrading', does anyone have or can suggest a best practice for this. There have been at least three or four versions of SW on one computer and if there is an easy way to get a clean slate I think it would be best.
