Hi All,

           Complete newbie at SW.

Just installed SW 2012 and the background downloader tells me that SP2 is available.

However, when I try to update it gives the following error...

'The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll'

(see attached screenshot)

I know that the .dll file can become corrupted but the SHLWAPI.dll error does not appear in any other application on my machine. SW itself runs fine.

Any ideas anyone before I investigate further?
