What is your preferred way of showing that faces or lines are coplanar or collinear in a drawing? Is there some command to automatically show implicit collinear lines?

My way usually involves creating a sketch line in the drawing view and creating collinear relationships between that line and the edges I want to show as being collinear (See the orange line in the screen shot below).
