False Elevation View

I am drawing a pressure vessel and laying it out on a drawing and we need a top view (Orientation View) to be true orientation but the Side View (Elevation View) needs to be a false elevation view or a view that shows nozzles, manways, lift lugs, tail lugs, etc... to be view either top, bottom. This is to allow for clarification of nozzle locations within the elevation and so we don't have nozzles that are 10 degrees apart show up ontop of each other or overlapping each other. How do I do this without having to create a different configuration within the assembly model of the vessel?
