I am doing a project for a highschool class and I am having trouble making all the surfacing work together. I am designing a vehicle and have very basic solidwork knowledge.

I have attached the model and what I have done so far, I'm trying to make the surfaces on the side be one single surface thats nice and smooth, same goes for the top. Is there anyway this is possible?
