This is happening much too often to us:
Every so often a user or Admin can't access our Vault, even though we are logged in. The Vault folder will not open.
Logging out and then logging in is successful, but we still can't access the Vault.
Through experience (not the good kind), we have learned that we have to open Windows Task Manager and kill "EDMSER~1.EXE."
That fixes the glitch.
Is this a known issue or are we unique in experiencing this problem?
