I'm having trouble with deleting folders in the vault.
I can delete them just fine, but they show up as white folders on every one else's vault view. Even if I've "destroyed" them.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Like Stephen said, in Users->Settings->Explorer, select "Show only files that are part of the vault"
I just looked at what I have for myself. I have "show only files that are part of the file vault" and the local file clean-up is checked. Getting the error that you mention makes me wonder if someone is accessing one of the files while you are doing this. Are you doing this to individual users or groups? Maybe try individuals.
I was trying with changing the settings in the groups. As it's kind of a pain to do that to every single person.
Doing it through the "Users" section seems to work fine.
I've had similar problems due to my assumption that the Groups setting was given precedence over the Users setting for permissions. That's the way it's always been with other systems I've used, but in EPDM the Group settings are just conveniences, and can always be over-ridden by User settings, which take precedence.
Shortly speaking, the User settings are the masters, and should be given more attention the the convenience settings in Groups.
Mark;
Those are local files (folders). In the administrator's window you can go to a user or group and right click. Select settings from the drop down. Select Explorer on the left. Some of my engineers do things that they want to see the local files and others do not. In the top set of radio buttons it is either of the first two selected and some will have the local file clean-up selected as well.
Hope this helps.
