So I have a simple sheetmetal part with a bend line down the center. When I right-click on it to export a DXF, no bend lines show up. Yes, even with the "Bend Lines" box checked. This is happening with multiple parts on this new machine. The old machine with SW2012 shows the bend lines.
Could this be video card related?

I think that's what you're referring to? I am also using the Sheet Metal export option (option that gives you bend lines).
I should add that if I unsupress the flat pattern, and go to File>Save As>DXF>options, I can include the bend lines if I use the "Custom Map Solidworks to DXF/DWG" option.
But that takes a lot more clicks/time when there are so many parts to process...
Still not sure what's going on.

It works when I do the "save as" and use the "Custom Map Solidworks to DXF/DWG" option.. It USED to work when I right clicked, and still does with the same file on the old machine.
The right click dxf export is nice and quick when you've got lots of parts to process. Which we do. Always.
I should note that the "save as" and custom map option gives you grayed out bend lines. The R-click export with "bend lines" box checked gives you dashed bend lines (just as they appear in the part).
Once you choose the custom map option under save as, it keeps the changes for r-click export. It's working as a workaround right now, but I want to know why it went away.

Sounds like you have a special machine :-
As I mentioned I have never used the rc dxf export, however I will now, thanks for the tip. When I tried it the dialog box came up with the Face and Loop radio button selected and all I did was select the sheet metal button and all was good. Sounds like a setting issue, however I went through all the options and couldn't find anything that would pertain to your issue, that is why I was thinking it had to do with rc dxf export and for the first time check the appropriate radio button and it should stay the same, why one is colored different than the other is a puzzle. Did you check with your VAR??

John, I think we're going in circles here. Please re-read my first, second, and third posts. In all of which I describe using the right click,Sheet Metal, and Bend Lines Radio button. It's what I always do. Problem is, now the bend lines are missing.
File>Save As>dxf/dwg has added options for exporting more data/layers/etc.
Need bend lines. They went away. Still works on other machine. =Problem.

I have exactly the same problem that you have. My VAR is going in circle too because it works in their machine. I'm using Solidworks 2012 SP 3.0. It used to work with SW2011.

Gary, Have you figured this out yet?
Maybe try setting bend radius to something more practical than 0.001" may help.
It works fine with my machine even with 0.001 bend rad.
