I am trying to design a tub with a flange on the outside edge going all the way around. Is there a way to do a sweep on both planes? Also would be nice if the dump angle could meet up with the radius of the flange on that one side. I have done it manually to each side and then just moved the face up to meet the radius, but that creates a weird step on the back side. I have attached a crude representation of what I am working with.
I have added better files to view. As you can see on the Flange Issue one, when I move the inside face up to meet the radius it creates a flat spot on the bottom. I had to extrude up from the orginal body, do a cut all the way around on both planes, then shell and add the fillets.
do it as a solid none hollow body with what you want the outside faces to look like using extrudes and fillets, then just shell it!
or model the inside volume and shell outwards.
It would help to see what you have done manually to get a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish.
