It's not telling you it will make a bad STL file, it's telling you to check your design to see if it's what you intend. Coincedent geometry are surfaces/points that touch at only one point, and interefering geometry is self explanatory. If the assembly is designed as intended, what you want, make the STL file.
It realy make a bad file. the next software which i use after making this stl file do not work because of it.
I have tried the stl files which I had made before. They works completely. But these files after this error have problem.
There's a tool in SW called 'interference detection'. Look in the tools pull down menu. Run it and look for intereferences in your assembly. It also has an option to 'treat coincedence as intererference', may be helpful to you also. I'm guessing that if you fix your interference and coincendce problems, your stl file may turn out correctly.
I found a solution. I tried to make a part (.sldprt) from assembly by saving it as part (make sure that when you are saving as part the option of *all components* in the save dialog box will be checked).
and after it I made stl file from this new sldprt file. it is working.
of course it is not an absolute remedy but it is provisional solution
I don't understand what you mean about SW thinking that mates are interference. Where does it tell you that?
Thanks
