Thanks Deepak Gupta I am able to create Forming Tools, Save them in the appropriate place, and even place it onto my model but now I am getting an error message ..... Error Gusset H05232 The part's thickness may not be compatible with this form tool. The thickness must be less than the minimum radius of curvature for the form tool..... What is this all about All the radii in my Form Tool are larger than the part thickness???

This meesage is identifying the minimum radius of (usually) an outside form would create an inside form of a zero or less inside form. So I would look at your tool drawing and check to see if in example, your material is .060 and your outside form is .050. That would create an (impossible) inside form of -.010.

Unfortunately I don't believe that is the case here. My material is .5mm and my smallest outside form radius is 1mm which should produce an inside bend radius of .5mm. I wonder if this may be a SolidWorks thing!
If you change the color of the bottom surfaces of your forming tool to Red it works just fine.

Thanks! Tried it, Still no luck! I have even thinned out the gusset and still no luck! I have produced 2 other forming tools for the same part and they work fine! It just seems to be this gusset through a bend that is giving me trouble.
I had no issue with the forming tool you originally supplied other than the color, it worked fine on your bracket I just needed to add it again and delete the one you had already inserted.

Sure enough I turned the bottom two surfaces to red and it worked great! I had not deleted the original Form Tool is what I think my problem was.

Forming Tools obviously are a bit tricky but Wow I am liking them! Oh ya for a knee bend like I am doing you need to suppress the feature before you can flatten out your part.
