I have tried to run a buckling analysis on a beam, when it is fixed on the bottom and on the top (K=0.5, K=column effective length factor).

The results, which SW gives me are really hard to believe in. As I understand, in order to get a right result, the difinition of the analysis needs a correct fixing. I need to constrain the beam from the bottom and from the top, and apply the force from the top. Constraints and the force are coaxial with the beam.

How do I constrain it from the top correctly?
