Hi Everyone,

I work for a boat builder and I've created a solid of the hull for a model (created surfaces, knitted, mirrored, fillets, etc.) and now Solidworks fails to shell the part. There was a problem with the minimum radius of curvature, but I fixed that. Now when the shell fails and I diagnose it's not giving me any feedback. I would REALLY appreciate any help on this. I've narrowed down the problem area to somewhere near the bow by cutting sections of the boat away and attempting to shell different parts of the solid.

Let me know what other details I need to provide to diagnose my problem. I realize I haven't provided much, I wish there was an error message I could present. I can supply the part file if someone wants to have a look.
