Hi,

I'm using SolidWorks 2012 SP2.

I have created a pipe and a couple of elbow component which I whould like to add to the routing library database. The aim is to be able to create a couple of routing templates.

When using the Routing component wizard, all of my components is accepted both when it comes to the routing specific properties (cpoints, sketch names and so on) and the design table seemes to be accepted with it's configuration data. In the end of the wizard i'm asked if I whould like to add the component to the library. I press yes and it is saved and synced. Unfortinatly that does not seem to work and it's not displayed in the database and not able to be used for templates.

I have also tried the other method to import missing components within the routing folder. Do not work either.

I have been able to add flange components to the database but unfortinatly that does not help me.

I may add that all my components I have created works perfectly in a routing situation.

I have been in contact with a SolidWorks tech that has not been able to help me and I can't find any help within the SolidWorks help files or from other threads in this forum. This post is kind of my last resport.

My questions is, what have I missed in the attached two parts (one pipe and one elbow)?

If someone have any experience with the functinality, please have a look at my attached files and help me to debug them

Thankt in advanced for any replys

Best regards
