Can someone tell me how to create a sheetmetal flat pattern? (see corner plate.jpeg)
It has to be done in all four corners (see attachment: 1761-390_001), what is the easiest way?
The sheetmetal has too goo from the top too the bottom, and it may consist of several welded parts.

It is the correct answer, but I was hoping there was a way too create is more easyly.
It has too be done in all four corners of the bunker and there are abouth sixteen different bunkers,
soo it is a awful lot of boring work.
And I want it all too be done in one part, but thanx anyway for all the help you give me.
If I find another way to create it I let you know...

Not sure what John gave you, but my 2 cents would be ti create these sheet metal parts
as two seperate parts with there own respective flat patterns and then show an assembly of the two parts.

I was just looking at your assembly again;
Do you need to have double thickness in the corners or could you design your chute with that corner a part of the chute. In some applications and materials I could see the need to have double thickness in the corners because of the wear factor.
It would save material and time if you could design the chute with that profile in the corner and just stitch weld a wear flat in the corner.

At first sorry for my late reaction, I am very busy this week.
Your last message brought me an idea, saved the part as copy made an 4mm offset from the
sketches. Than I chamfered the boss extrude on all four sides and converted the chamfered sides to sheet metal.
Made an assembly and it seems to fit nice enough.
Because of my poor english I will put a new attachment too it, soo you can take a look.
(could not find the attachment button in the reply box.
