Was just trying to create a new configuration of a toolbox part. End up with at least approximately over 1000 folders created, and cannot delete any of them.
You can see down the left hand side of the screenshot the result of my extreme stupidity and incompetence. Followed up with the icing on the cake - bang center in my screen.
All I wanted to do was create an M100 Heavy Hex Nut. Now I feel like I've broken my computer and possibly the whole of the internet.
