Welcome to the forum. I believe you will need to edit your curve to accomplish this. If that's not possible then you can skip these instances in your pattern and create new features at these locations.
This is tough, as SW does not have the tools to do what you want easily. You might pattern the cuts as bodies, use a bunch of Body-Move(rotate) features to tweak the angle of individual bodies as you want, then use a Combine(subtract) feature to make the cuts.
SDRC had bunch of great tools for this sort of thing, like patterning on a curve such that a line on the patterned body passed through an axis in the part, changes to the size of the patterned body based on a second curve, etc.

The pattern is following the natural normal of the curve and doing what it is suppose to do - you want to purposely deviate from that. Like Glen has suggested, I would also suggest to leave the curve driven pattern but exclude instances where you want to deviate can recreate those few features manually.
