Deleting of Customer Portal Account

I've discovered that I have a subscription but my account is only basic. When trying to activate the new account with the subscription was not allowed because there was already an account issued to the email.

My next course of actions will be to delete the account.

how do you terminate the account permitted this is best course of action?
