Circle with a tangential flat - or me being dim

    Paul Martin

Sorry for having to ask what is probably a very basic question but I havent used SolidWorks for months and have just tried to do something and I can't for the life of me work out how to actually do the sketch as I want it to be.

I need to draw a hole in an object which will receive an axle which has a flat ground on it.

The known dimensions are the axle is 3.175mm diameter and the dimension from the surface of the flat to the opposite edge of the circle is 2.8mm

It should be dead easy but I am being both dim and very rusty. Can anyone give me a clue please? Forget clues, just tell me how to do it.

I have quiet a bit to do in the coming days so hopefully the rust will wear off and I wont have to ask too many stupid questions

      Thanks in anticipation
