Relative View not working in 2012

Question asked by Shawn Casebolt on Jan 17, 2012

When I try to insert a relative view, it is not even close to what I have selected.  What I select as the front is not the front, and the right is not the right.  I have been able to determine that SW is using the "standard" drawing planes.  Essentially ignoring my inputs.   As a side note I am "selecting bodies as well".

I have done this a million times before with no trouble.  I think this is the first time I rememeber needing to do these with 2012 and am having this issue.   I know I could hit spacebar and create a view and then insert that.  The only problem with that, is that I have to hide a dozen bodies.  Not only in the first view, but in all the projected views as well.
