As the assembly files are very huge I m not able to mail my datas even after zip.
I wanted to check the possibilities of saving my datas in multiple zip file using pack & go.
Please let me know the possibilities of doing the same.
There is no way of doing that directly in SolidWorks but it can be done using the "split to volumes" option in the zip file software.
I don't think this is possible, you could zip sub assemblies separately, but this could cause problems trying to get all the files to reference properly when the recipient receives them.
You will be better off sending your files via www.mailbigfile.com or similar.
In the past i have recived some assemblies in multiple zip file in which the datas are equally distributed(Eg: five zip files of 20MB)
So i thought there may be be option of doing the same in solidworks.
Anyway thanks for your suggestion.
Yes Split to volume option works Buddy.
