Hi a froze some wrap text on a label  using feature freeze saved it and closed it down. I then checked it in to the vault and added it to an assembly.

I re opened the part to copy a sketch out of it. Unfortuantly I cannot see the the freeze bar to unlock the feature that I would like to copy from it.
