Plane(s) not editable for a downloaded part. Don't know if planes are under defined and how you and why you would make a Plane that has no "Edit Feature" ? How to change?

I downloaded a some parts from Colder and the parts were in for form of macros that drew the part. I am trying to clean-up the parts. They will become library parts in most cases.

The planes were without a way to change or define like a default planes. So, I cannot tell if the plane is under defined as I don't see an "Edit Feature" definition.

How do you make a plane without a edit feature and is it under defined?

How to change is there some toggle to make editable? For example plane 3 in the file.

For my file example: I was able to replace most planes with default planes or surfaces. Except plane 3, I added plane 7 to show you an edible plane like I normally make.

I also notice some planes were parallel to a default plane but the feature direction was reversed. Maybe not in this file but other ones.
