We purchased Solidworks and Enterprise PDM from NTCADCAM and also purchase support through them so they are listed as our Value Added Reseller.

I am currently learning Visual Basicin order to write some code so that our PCB CAD system Pulsonix can work with EnterprisePDM in the same way that Solidworks does with variables from datacards and revision numbers being copied into Pulsonix native CAD files.

Unfortuneately when trying to follow the beginning part of the Solidworks Enterprise PDM Programmer's Reference help file I immediately hit problems and sought support from NTCADCAM.

NTCADCAM though have replied that they aren't going to provide us with support for the Solidworks API and we should obtain this direct from Solidworks so I've registered here and added the serial number of our EnterprisePDM to my registered products list so that now the My SRs, My SPRs, and My ERs options no longer have a locked padlock next to them.  When I try these links though all I can do is view existing SRs, SPRs and ERs (of which there are none as yet).  I can't find any button or link to add new ones.

How do I add a new SR?
