Check what material has been set or they have been assigned some mass. And if you can share the file ("use advanced editor " option while replying to get the option to upload file), then it would be easy to look and tell the issue and solution.

how different are they?
Problems of this nature often fall foul of the "as-machined" and "as-welded" configurations. Switch to the as-welded configuraion in the model and check the weights to see if they are the same as the drawing. You can then check to see if there are feature differences between the two configurations.

Right click on cutlist in part mode and select update and then check in drawing.
