How do I find "Route stubs" that have been "created in the wrong direction"?

When I edit one of my routes I get the error "Some of the Route stubs have been created in the wrong direction and must be corrected manually to fix the problem permanently"



I have checked every Cpoint and the arrows all point the correct direction. I am at a loss as to what else I need to check / fix to get this error message to go away. The route appears to be all correct.



I extracted the route from all the external references, packed it up and attached it. I am using the most updated version of 2011.
