When i try to unfold this part, i get an error on the 45° degree bends.
Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?

i just tried flattening your part.. same error again ...
when i enter the number from the gauge table as bend deduction value for this bend, i get no error... what's wrong with this table?

i got it fixed. made a mistake in the angle i had to insert in the DIN - formula. Had to use (180- angle).

May not be the answer your looking for, all I did was added a radius on the 45 deg bend. In your base sketch you had it a sharp corner, so I just added a 3mm radius and it works ok. Could be something with that thickness and degree of bend that makes it not want to hold out.
