How do you make an arc shaped extruded cut? (2nd Post)

Hi,

I think now I may be able to portray what I am aiming to acheive in more detail as I have found an image of exactly what I am aiming to do:

I want to make an cut (10mm radius) through bottom of the tagent arc (which is 11mm radius) in the shape of an arc. Can anyone help and I would like to know if this is easier to understand than the first post?!

Correct Answer

Create the solid extrude and then use shell command  (select the top flat surface as face to remove and give the wall thickness value) to get the desired result.
