Quite odd - I see the same thing on the same version and also SW2012 SP1. I don't see anything wrong at this point.
Send it in to see what they have to say and then let us know.
You'll also notice that when you first open the drawing, none of the drawing views are red and everything looks fine. Once you click on the view in the feature tree, it goes red and the issue shows up.
Robert, What I did was delete the flat view from you drawing.
Close the drawing.
Then in the part delete the flat configuration.
Go back into the drawing and add the flat view to it again.
I then had to open the flat configuration from the drawing file because the part didn't show up as a flat and click on the flatten feature to make it work.
Sometimes the flat on the drawing won't have bend lines so then I delete the flat drawing view again and add the flat view and it should work.
Hope you could follow all that. Kind of a pain, but that is the workaround that I have used in the past.

Thanks for the work-around Peter. I tried it, well, not exactly like you explained but I saved and deleted and saved and delted, etc... Whatever I did, it is now fixed.
I now have another part that I made months ago wiht the same issue. I'm not sure why this is happening or what exactly the workaround I did is doing to fix the problem.
anyway, thanks for your response.
No problem Robert. I too wish I knew why it does that. Kind of hard to pinpoint the problem when it doesn't happen consistantly. Good luck
