I was sure someone has asked this, but I just can't find it. Maybe I'm searching wrong. Anyway...
I've got a part that has two configurations with two different materials. We let Solidworks generate the part weight based off of those materials using a custom property for each configuration and the "mass" value. Is there anyway to get both of the weight values to show up on the same drawing without having to type one of them manually in?
If you place the views in two different sheets, it will automatically populate the configuration specific properties
The properties filled in from the first view in a sheet.
If you place the views in one sheet, you can create an annotation and place on each view and it will populate the properties of each view.

The other thing you can do is create another custom property, something like weight2 and then add the weight2 custom property to the second part, insert that custom property into the the appropriate place in the drawing.

I figured out a work around using John George's second suggestion. We show our part properties in drawing block. I was trying to figure out a way to get both weight properties to show up there, but the drawing block only looks at the first configuration you populate it with (as far as I can tell anyway.) So instead I changed one of the drawing views to the other material configuration and added a Note to that view and had it show that configurations weight. Then I just moved the note to the Part Wt. field on the drawing so it looked like it was part of the drawing block.It's not exactly what I was trying for but it works well enough..
