Hi, I'm new in Solidworks and I wonder whereI can find a wooden beech dowel , configurable in diameter and length.
Or is it better if I draw it and put in my Toolbox?
Thanks
You may be able to find some on 3D Content Central, but they'd be easy enough to do yourself and get exactly what you want and perhaps match what is available i your area.

Good morning Geert,
You can change the Design Table to your requirements, hopefully you have 2012!
I am not sure if this is what you are looking for or not. You can put this file either in your Library or Toolbox,
Later,
John
Do you use them in assemblies? For fixture design, we just leave the dowel out (showing the holes). Not good if you are using the automated BOM.
Geert,
Welcome to the forum.
I would create them yourself and then just create configurations for the different sizes needed.
