I have not run into this before...

I have two views (projected) and I cannot move either one of them.  A section view, detail view and an unrelated view - none will move.

The view "box" highlights in orange but just won't go anywhere. They are not locked (I tried locking and unlocking anyway), I broke alignment, realigned, got in and out of SW, saved as another drawing, pulled that up and anything else I can think of - all to no avail.  This is identical to another drawing (views taken same way) and no trouble on that one. Sheet two has a couple exploded views, I can move these just fine.  Options are all setup the same, etc.  I had no problem moving them around before so cannot figure out what happened. - help!  I don't want to recreate this drawing!
