You need to use the Toolbox customize option to add your part. Adding Content to the Toolbox Library
from where i can open the window of toolbox customize option
Tools > Options > Hole Wizard/ Toolbox > Configure

posted a pdf file that is very nicely done on how to modify the toolbox.
thanxs scott that is very helpful pdf file, still i need to face the same problem that i cant add the desired part in the tool box which i hade made with different configurations. how can i add that part to tool box

Try to use sldsetdocprop.exe to set toolbox property to yes for you part. The executable is in <install SolidWorks folder>\Toolbox\data utilities.
