I have tapped holes on an inserted plate in a weldment part. In the drawing the holes call out just fine from a standard view but in the section view the hole callout just gives the hole diameter. I manually tried to type in the callout formatting and that didnt work either. I added another hole instance on the tubing and that one gives the correct callout.

I ended up just hiding bodies on the top view to make all the holes visible so not looking for a solution, just a why it didnt work in the section view.
